Fancy dress Fridays

2020 was the year of COVID. The year that I made a new fancy dress costume every week (finally getting to the back of a very well stocked craft cupboard!) to unveil in the team meeting on a Friday morning.

For me, this was also the year that forged what it truly means to be part of a creative team. It meant learning about resilience, resourcefulness, inclusivity, vulnerability, trust and balance. All lessons that I have taken with me to every team since.
